What does Ayurveda mean?
Taken from the Sanskrit (the ancient language of India), Ayurveda translates as ‘Knowledge of Life’ and can be interpreted as priceless wisdom
The main objective of Ayurveda — is to develop a person’s ability to heal the inner self.
Contrary to modern medicine, which provides treatment for each body organ separately, without regard to their relationship with other body organs and overall energy system, Ayurveda views the body as a whole.
